CORONA, CA – The Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association PAC today announced their endorsement of Eric Linder’s campaign for California’s 60th Assembly District. HJTA becomes just the latest Taxpayer Organization to back Linder, following the endorsements of the Inland Empire Taxpayers Association and the Corona Taxpayers Association.
HJTA’s endorsement also signifies that many conservative leaders are beginning to coalesce behind Linder’s candidacy.
“Eric Linder has been an unflinching advocate for taxpayers.” said HJTA President Jon Coupal. “Eric is committed to protecting taxpayers’ interests in Sacramento and in making sure we get good value for our tax dollars.”
In addition to the trio of endorsements from leading Taxpayers Organizations, the Linder campaign has also picked up the backing of the California Republican Party. Despite getting started months later than his opponents, the most recent campaign finance reports show Linder’s campaign with the most money raised and the most Cash on Hand (minus debt).
“With the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association’s support, my campaign continues to gather momentum and make the case that I am the best and only candidate in this race who will stand up for taxpayers,” commented Linder.
Eric Linder grew up in the 60th Assembly District, where he attended Norco High School. He lives in Corona with his wife and three children. Eric is actively involved in the community, serving as a Founder of the Corona Taxpayers Association, Vice-Chairman of the Riverside County Republican Party, and as a Coach for his daughter’s softball team.
