(Corona, CA) – Today, the Eric Linder for Supervisor campaign announced receiving the endorsement of Cal Fire Local 2881. With a membership of more than 6,500 statewide and with approximately 1,000 members locally, Local 2881 is one of the largest statewide organization representing frontline firefighters and paramedics.
Cal Fire Local 2881 joins a growing list of public safety groups a that have endorsed Eric Linder for Supervisor.

Linder has a strong record of leadership in his community. Before being elected to the State Assembly, he co-founded the Corona Taxpayers Association. As a member of the State Assembly, Eric Linder made public safety a top priority by fighting for adequate funding for law enforcement and championing measures to help give these professionals the tools they need. He has authored legislation to enact tougher penalties on sex offenders and ensure that truly dangerous criminals are not released early due to overcrowding. In 2014, Crime Victims United of California named Eric Linder Legislator of the Year for leading the fight to hold organizations that have turned a blind eye to sexual abuse accountable.
